Living with chronic pain or illness can feel isolating, but you don't have to navigate it alone. Our welcoming, peer-led community offers a place to connect with others who understand the challenges of living with chronic pain illness. Through shared experiences, compassionate conversations, educational discussions, and encouragement, we create space for connection, belonging, and hope.
Whether you're looking to share, listen, learn or simply be with people who "get it," you're welcome here. There is no pressure to speak, come as you are. Explore our virtual offerings below:
* No child or adolescent groups are offered at this time.
* All groups are peer-led and educational in nature. They are not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
Suggested Monthly Contribution: $10-25
A monthly contribution is completely voluntary and helps sustain the work of Hello Pain Peeps within the chronic pain community. There are no memberships or attendance limits, so you can join the peer support groups and events that feel right for you.
If you're able to contribute, we're grateful. If not, please join us anyway. You belong here, and no one is ever turned away due to financial barriers.
Complete the free registration form below to receive your Zoom link for our virtual chronic pain support sessions. Contributions are appreciated but never required to participate.
